Are you an experienced Arborist, or someone eager to start a career in arboriculture? Our client, a well-established and family-owned arborist business in Toowoomba, is looking for a motivated and reliable person to join their small, close-knit team. Specialising in tree removal, stump grinding, and a variety of arborist services, they deliver top-quality tree care throughout Darling Downs and South East QLD.
About the Role:
This is a great opportunity for both experienced arborists and those looking to enter the industry. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or new to the field, you’ll receive hands-on training, a supportive team environment, and the chance to build your skills in arboriculture. You’ll be joining a friendly, close-knit team that prioritises clear communication, safety, and maintaining high standards in everything they do.
Location: Toowoomba, QLD
Pay: $30 – $35 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3:00pm – please note, this can vary depending on the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with tree removal, pruning, and stump grinding services across Toowoomba and the Darling Downs region.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
- Work alongside a small, experienced team that values a collaborative approach.
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they’re in top working condition.
What You’ll Need:
- Manual driver’s licence (essential).
- Experience in tree lopping or similar outdoor work desired, however, not essential.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Positive attitude and a team-focused mindset.
- Good physical fitness and stamina for working outdoors in various conditions.
