Our client, a highly regarded, successful and well-respected not-for-profit organization based in Toowoomba, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Marketing Manager to join their expanding team. This outstanding opportunity will play a key role in executing organisational marketing and events strategy, maximising brand awareness, and leading a team in the delivery of multi-faceted projects and initiatives.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Marketing Manager will be making a positive contribution to business growth, with key responsibilities including:
- Leading the development and implementation of strategic and brand appropriate marketing strategy for business ventures
- Managing the marketing department budget
- Leading and developing organisational digital marketing solutions as well as overseeing marketing content creation
- Leading and developing the marketing and events team
- Managing external advertising
- Managing and actively seeking opportunities to grow sponsorship
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and providers
Applicants must possess the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar Marketing role
- Relevant certifications or degree qualifications in Marketing, Communications of Public Relations (preferred but not essential)
- The ability to lead a team of marketing and events professionals
- Experience in briefing and working with suppliers
- Proven planning, logistics and production skills
- Strong team playing ability
