3 x full-time positions based in Toowoomba, Agricultural truck company. Must have great customer service and Service Advisor experience (or similar).
Our client, a well-established, family-owned business with branches throughout Queensland and northern New South Wales is seeking several permanent, full-time Service Advisors for their Toowoomba business.
The Service Advisor is responsible for handling all incoming bookings for all branches; processing warranty claims; overseeing sales deliveries; ordering whole goods; and will assist in the basic running of the Service Department.
The Service Advisor reports to the Service Manager and is responsible for the following:
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensuring all repair orders are opened and invoiced
- Utilising the service diary to forward plan service requirements
- Cleaning loan vehicles and ensuring necessary paperwork is completed
- Data entry and general computer work
Applicants for this role should possess the following attributes:
- Excellent communications skills
- At least 1 year experience as s Service Advisor
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Highly motivated and proactive approach to securing and maintaining customers
