This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting and varied 360 recruitment role. You’ll be responsible for:
- Identifying and Developing Business Relationships – Networking and building new business
- Managing the Recruitment Process – From role advertising through to candidate interviews
- Sourcing Candidates – Finding qualified and experienced candidates
- Candidate Screening – Conducting interviews and ensuring candidates match client needs
- Providing Career Guidance – Offering resume, job application, and interview advice
- Building Revenue – Growing the business and increasing placement income.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced – Ideally in sales or agency recruitment
- Communicative – Strong interpersonal and communication skills
