About the Role As a Works Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of assigned civil infrastructure projects. Your expertise in estimating, tendering, bid management, and operational management of civil construction works will be crucial in ensuring quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management activities, including budgeting, programming, expenditure monitoring, and priority reviews.
- Prepare tender prices and provide specialist input into construction and maintenance processes.
- Establish cash flow and expense schedules based on project timelines and progress measures.
- Provide operational expertise and implement best practice project management techniques.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental management procedures.
- Manage contract administration with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Identify challenges and provide effective solutions, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Foster continuous improvement by capturing and sharing project learnings and implementing best practices.
