We are seeking an organised and reliable Administration/Reconciliation Officer for one of Toowoomba’s most iconic hotels. This role will involve reconciling ATMs, Pokies, Cash Tills, and EFT transactions, as well as general office administration and function duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation of ATMs, Pokies, Cash Tills, and EFT transactions
- Data entry of financial transactions
- General office administration and function support
Skills and Experience Required:
- A background in hospitality or banking is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and data entry
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. This is a great opportunity to further develop your administrative skills and gain valuable experience in reconciliation.
Hours:
- 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
- $30 per hour
