Are you looking to join a small, friendly team where your contributions truly matter? Our client, a top manufacturer in hydraulic erosion control systems, is seeking a dedicated Administration and Accounts Officer to join their team!
Position: Full-Time, Administration and Accounts Officer.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + Super + Bonuses (depending on experience).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process sales orders efficiently.
- Create work orders and purchase orders.
- Handle invoicing and accounts payable.
- Manage payroll for 8-10 staff members.
- Perform reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- General administrative duties.
- Phone, email and customer enquires.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Fantastic communication and customer service skills.
- Team player with a professional demeanour.
- Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Office (essential).
- Well-presented and organised.
Salary & Benefits:
