I enjoy talking with and learning more about our Candidates and Clients.
Where do you feel you add value to candidates who are looking for work?
I believe that my value to the Candidates lies in always answering their inquiries in a happy and understanding manner so that they feel reassured that the HB staff care and value them.
Where do you feel you add value to clients who are seeking recruitment and/or HR support?
Whether it’s a new or existing Client, I believe I add value by ensuring their inquiries are transferred through to the most relevant Consultant as quickly as possible.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given in your career?
My grandfather reminds me “If your attitude about the role is right, then you’re halfway there”.
