What is your greatest source of enjoyment at the HB Group?

Having a laugh with staff, going on client calls and meeting new people. Finding the perfect fit for the client and helping candidates get a great job.

Where do you feel you add value to candidates who are looking for work?

I help candidates with interviewing advice and their resumes. For many, the recruitment process is unfamiliar territory, so it’s my job to help them navigate through it successfully. I enjoy talking to people and helping them succeed.
