It has to be the great team and culture here at HB Group.

What is your greatest source of enjoyment at the HB Group?

I enjoy finding ways to make improvements. Whether it be through simplifying processes, making policies clearer and easier to understand, trying something new or just tweaking how we’re already doing it. I also enjoy creating content for social media, although that has nothing to do with my job title.

Where do you feel you add value to candidates who are looking for work?

Ensuring that processes are as streamlined and smooth as possible makes the recruitment experience much easier for candidates which to me, is a big plus.
