What I love most about the HB Group is the team I work with. They are incredibly supportive, collaborative and always willing to help each other succeed. It's also a genuinely fun and positive environment, which makes coming to work each day something I look forward to.

I enjoy helping candidates find their perfect job and hearing the excitement in their voice when they get the good news.

Where do you feel you add value to candidates who are looking for work?

I bring a positive and optimistic approach, taking the time to really listen to what candidates want in a role and employer. This helps me match them with opportunities that are both suitable and enjoyable.

Where do you feel you add value to clients who are seeking recruitment and/or HR support?

With a strong background in administration, management and HR, I understand what employers look for in an ideal candidate and can effectively support their recruitment needs.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given in your career?

The best advice I’ve received is to look after yourself outside of work—maintaining balance is key to having a successful and rewarding career.
